All audience members, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to enter the Playhouse for all performances and must be able to sit independently in their own seat for the duration of the performance. Performances presented in the Lewis Family Playhouse are not recommended for children under the age of 3. Babes in arms are not permitted and no strollers permitted in the theatre. No children under the age of 12 are admitted without an adult. Youth tickets apply to children age 12 and under.
The City of Rancho Cucamonga recognizes that COVID-19 remains a public health hazard and has put the necessary safety practices in place to safeguard its visitors to the best of its ability. The City of Rancho Cucamonga cannot guarantee non-exposure and defers to guidance made available through CalOSHA to keep its employees and public safe.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets ordered by mail, phone, or online will be mailed to you prior to the show for an additional $1.50 fee unless otherwise requested. Those that chose the print at home option will receive an email with a link to log in to their account in order to access the barcode which can be scanned at the door. Ticket orders received one week or less prior will be processed and tickets will be held at Will Call. Please be prepared to show valid ID when picking up Will Call tickets.

Lost Tickets
Forgot or lost your ticket? Not a problem! We can replace lost, forgotten, or stolen tickets. Duplicate tickets will be issued/lost tickets will be invalidated. Replacement tickets can be issued up to one hour prior to show time at the box office. We ask that the original purchaser show valid identification to claim the new tickets.
House Policies
Late Seating
Latecomers or those who step out of the theatre during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at appropriate breaks in the performance.
Additional Policies
No food of any kind is permitted inside the Lewis Family Playhouse, however in-house purchased beverages and bottled water are allowed. Concession items may be sold in the lobby during the seating and intermission periods but will not be allowed past the ticket booths that lead into the auditorium. Unfortunately, we are unable to store outside food or beverages on behalf of patrons at this time.
Photography (including ‘flash” and “non-flash”) and Videography are not permitted inside the Lewis Family Playhouse unless authorized by the production.
Cell Phones, Bluetooth, and Hand-Held Gaming Devices are to be turned off prior to entering the Lewis Family Playhouse. Cell Phone usage is especially prohibited! Usage includes but is not limited to talking, texting, gaming, etc. Patrons who are found using any of these devices during the performance will be asked to cease their disruptive action and may be asked to leave.
Smoking is not permitted at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center indoor or outdoors. Smokers may smoke on the sidewalk closest to Cultural Center Drive on the North side of the facility.
Alcohol may be provided at select Lewis Family Playhouse performances. All alcoholic beverages must remain on the premises and may not travel elsewhere in the facility, including Celebration Hall, the Paul A. Biane Library, or Imagination Courtyard.
Refunds
Refunds are granted only in the case of event cancellation, or date change and can only be made to the original purchaser. No refund, exchange, or credit can be given after a performance has begun. No refunds will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.
Exchanges
Tickets may be returned up to 48 hours prior to a performance and put towards another performance or issued as a credit voucher which must be redeemed for a performance in the same season. At the conclusion of the season, all unredeemed credits will be considered donations. Processing fee of $2.00 per ticket applies. Exchanges are not available on complimentary tickets or on events that are presented by private theatre renters which are not part of the Lewis Family Playhouse presented season.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash or checks made payable to the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Lewis Family Playhouse and Victoria Gardens gift cards accepted for all transactions. A nominal service charge of $1.50 is included on all tickets purchased. There are additional fees for online sales.
